Texas Rewards Club Waitlist

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Texas Rewards Club waitlist (“Waitlist”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Waitlist.

2. Eligibility

The Waitlist is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

  • are legal residents of Texas, United States;
  • are 21 years of age or older; and
  • comply with all applicable laws.

No purchase is necessary to join the Waitlist. The Waitlist is void where prohibited by law.

3. Waitlist Terms

  • Free lifetime membership is limited to the first 1,000 eligible individuals who join the Waitlist.
  • Placement on the Waitlist is determined by the order in which eligible entries are received.
  • Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee membership.
  • Texas Rewards Club reserves the right to verify age, residency, and eligibility at any time.
  • Membership is subject to successful verification and availability.

4. No Contest or Promotion

The Waitlist is not a contest, sweepstakes, or lottery.

Joining the Waitlist does not constitute entry into any giveaway or promotion operated by Texas Rewards Club.

5. Data Collection & Communications

By joining the Waitlist, you consent to Texas Rewards Club collecting and storing your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code for the purpose of managing the Waitlist and communicating with you regarding membership status and launch information.

Your information will not be sold to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Texas Rewards Club is not responsible for any technical errors, system failures, network issues, or other circumstances that may delay, disrupt, or prevent participation in the Waitlist. Membership availability is not guaranteed.

7. Modification or Termination

Texas Rewards Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Waitlist or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
